Please be courteous and respectful of the rules and other visitors.
Members must be 18 years of age and sign a liability waiver each season in order to ride. Anyone under 18 must have a legal guardian complete membership for them and complete a minor release form if the guardian will not be present with the minor at the track.
Riders must wear a helmet and goggles and appropriate safety gear in good condition (long pants and boots are recommended).
All quads must have working tether kill switch.
No one is permitted to consume drugs or alcohol prior to or during the activities at Pusheta Creek MX Park.
Members are responsible for any spectators that accompany them.
No utility quads, golf carts, or other utility vehicles are allowed on the track.
Members must sign in and pay each day before riding.
Wristbands must be worn on wrist at all times. Only riders will receive wristbands on open ride weekends. All riders and spectators will receive wristbands on race and event weekends.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Kids' track is open to young riders and beginners only.
Speed limit is 15 mph on the driveway and 1st gear idle in parking lot.
No fishing without prior permission. No swimming allowed. And no harassing or destroying wildlife.
No weapons allowed.
Pets must be on a leash at all times and stay in your parking area during park hours.
Pre-ride the track before riding at full speed. No riding over your own abilities and no riding double.
No destructive behavior or destruction of jumps, grass, parking area, or driveway will be tolerated.
No trespassing on neighbors' property and stay out of the fields.
Any member or spectator entering infield or other spectator areas is responsible for his or her own safety.
Pusheta Creek MX Park does not carry insurance for Open Ride Days; members and guests are required to provide their own insurance.
Pusheta Creek MX Park Inc., its associates and employees are not to be held liable for any personal injury, theft, personal property damage, or death.
Pusheta Creek MX Park reserves the right to remove you from the park or revoke membership for not obeying the rules without refund.
Camping for members and guests is free on open ride weekends (Gate does not open until 7pm Friday evening and you must be out Sunday night at time of closing.)
Campers are permitted to have campfires but they must be enclosed at all times.
Be courteous to others, watch out for young children, and please keep the park clean and put trash in provided barrels.
Anyone entering the park enters at his or her own risk.
At events, the following rules apply in addition to the standard facility rules listed above.
Riders may ride their machine in first gear idle to and from the track area only. If this is abused, we will require all riders to push their bikes to the starting line.
No pit vehicles are permitted in the in-field spectator area or on the track at any time.
There is absolutely no riding allowed in the camping areas other than first-gear idle transport to and from the track area.
Minors must wear helmets any time they are riding a dirt bike or atv. This includes on- and off-track riding. Any minor riding without a helmet will be told to park their bike and walk to retrieve their helmet.
The staging area is the only entry point to the track. Entering the track from any other location is not permitted.
The kids track is closed on race weekends. There will be no use of the kids track of any kind.
The woods and pond areas are not open to the public on race weekends. These areas are off limits to any unauthorized personnel.
10 pm is quiet time. All dirt bikes, quads, and pit vehicles must be parked. All music and other noise must be kept at low volumes. Anyone not keeping music and other noise at low volumes after 10pm will be asked to cease all activities. If it persists you will be asked to leave without refund.
There are no fireworks or other explosives allowed in the park at any time. Use of these items may result in immediate removal from the park without refund.
In addition to these Event Rules, all standard Pusheta Creek MX Park Rules must also be followed. You can find these rules on our website.
Please remember to continue to practice social distancing and wash hands frequently.
Pusheta Creek MX Park reserves the right to enforce standard Pusheta Creek MX Park Rules and these Pusheta Creek Event Rules at any time with consequences up to and including:
Confiscating any vehicles being used in an improper way or riding in restricted areas
Disqualifying the rider from one or more classes without refund
Requiring offenders to leave the park without refund
Please practice the following for the safety of everyone at Pusheta Creek MX Park.
Practice social distancing and maintain 6 feet of distance.
Remain at your parking area any time you are not riding.
Park 10-12 feet from other vehicles.
Wash your hands frequently and bring your own hand sanitizer.
