- Riders may ride their machine in first gear idle to and from the track area only. If this is abused, we will require all riders to push their bikes to the starting line.
- No pit vehicles are permitted in the in-field spectator area or on the track at any time.
- There is absolutely no riding allowed in the camping areas other than first-gear idle transport to and from the track area.
- Minors must wear helmets any time they are riding a dirt bike or atv. This includes on- and off-track riding. Any minor riding without a helmet will be told to park their bike and walk to retrieve their helmet.
- The staging area is the only entry point to the track. Entering the track from any other location is not permitted.
- The kids track is closed on race weekends. There will be no use of the kids track of any kind.
- The woods and pond areas are not open to the public on race weekends. These areas are off limits to any unauthorized personnel.
- 10 pm is quiet time. All dirt bikes, quads, and pit vehicles must be parked. All music and other noise must be kept at low volumes. Anyone not keeping music and other noise at low volumes after 10pm will be asked to cease all activities. If it persists you will be asked to leave without refund.
- There are no fireworks or other explosives allowed in the park at any time. Use of these items may result in immediate removal from the park without refund.
- In addition to these Event Rules, all standard Pusheta Creek MX Park Rules must also be followed. You can find these rules on our website.
- Please remember to continue to practice social distancing and wash hands frequently.
Pusheta Creek MX Park reserves the right to enforce standard Pusheta Creek MX Park Rules and these Pusheta Creek Event Rules at any time with consequences up to and including:
- Confiscating any vehicles being used in an improper way or riding in restricted areas
- Disqualifying the rider from one or more classes without refund
- Requiring offenders to leave the park without refund
